We implemented structured communication protocols with scheduled email and WhatsApp times, email protocols, and video calls. Goodwill, flexibility, and adaptability are key. What matters is being fast and able to react quickly.
How did you adapt during the health crisis?
We responded with the Bendhora Deconfinement program, offering podcasts for solo walks, routes from home, and online technique improvement sessions. It was a quick pivot that allowed us to stay in touch with our customers and keep generating value even though we couldn't hold in-person activities.
What need did Holded fill for Bendhora?
We needed a hub for creating receipts or invoices, tracking materials, and managing merchandise sales. Holded allowed us to create invoices and receipts from employees' phones, eliminating manual data entry. It freed us from hours of cleaning up all the receipts that workers generated. For a distributed team managing activities and sales, having everything in the cloud is essential.
