Yes, this Holded tool is valid for issuing legal invoices. Until electronic invoicing becomes mandatory for most businesses, professionals can still issue invoices in PDF and send them by email, just as this tool allows. However, looking ahead, it also includes a feature to create an e-invoice in XML format. It is worth remembering that, when electronic invoicing comes into force, it will be necessary to send invoices through invoicing software that integrates the Verifactu system, such as Holded.
Before creating your invoice, you can modify the design by clicking the Customise style button that appears at the top centre of the screen. You can choose from five invoice templates and decide whether to include your company logo, as well as its size. Additionally, on the right side of the screen you will see the editable fields: issuer details, client details, invoice number, issue date, description, price, units, total amount, taxes (applicable VAT percentage), IRPF withholding, and notes and payment method (this section is optional). Once your invoice is created, you can edit it again by clicking the three-dot button in the top right corner and then clicking Edit.
Yes, you can send your invoice directly from this tool. In fact, you have several options: 1. Send the invoice to the client's email by clicking the blue Send button. 2. Share the link with your clients so they can access the document in the Client Portal. 3. Copy the link and send it to the client. The link will be valid for 48 hours, during which clients can access the Client Portal without needing a password.
