What can you do with PrestaShop and Holded?
Sync orders and generate documents
PrestaShop orders sync into Holded and become the document type you configure: sales order, sales receipt or invoice. You can set up the order statuses to control which ones are imported as paid and which as pending.
Import products from PrestaShop to Holded
Product import is one-way, from PrestaShop to Holded. Only simple and variable products sync. Every product and variant must have an assigned SKU in PrestaShop.
Sync stock levels
If you enable two-way sync, any change in a product's stock is reflected on both platforms, as long as the SKUs match. It requires the Inventory add-on to be active.
Create contacts automatically
Contacts are created automatically in Holded during sales sync if you enable the "Create contact" option in the settings. Imported data: city, province, postal code, country, address, tax ID, email, mobile and landline phone.
Set taxes by country
You can set different taxes for each country. This feature is available on Premium accounts.
Connect multiple stores
You can connect several PrestaShop stores to the same Holded account using the same API key. Each store is configured independently.

Download the plugin
From the Holded Store, activate PrestaShop and download the plugin.
Install and connect
Upload the plugin to PrestaShop, generate an API key in Holded and paste it into the settings.
Configure the sync
Choose how to import orders, products, stock and warehouses.
Frequently asked questions
PrestaShop 1.7.8 or higher, with PHP 7.4 or higher. The plugin is not compatible with PHP 7.1 or 7.2.
Yes. You can force the sync from the Holded section in PrestaShop, selecting the period you want. Orders from up to two years back can be imported.
No. Refunds are not synced automatically at this time. If you have refunds, create a credit note manually in Holded.
For products, no: product sync is one-way (PrestaShop to Holded). For stock, yes, if you enable the two-way option.
It is only required to sync sales orders, stock and warehouses.
In PrestaShop, deactivate and uninstall the Holded module. The data already synced is not deleted.
