What can you do with Shopify and Holded?

Sync orders and generate documents

Shopify orders sync into Holded and become the document type you configure: sales order, sales receipt or invoice. Only orders marked "Paid" are imported, unless you choose to turn them into sales orders. Refunds become credit notes.

Import products from Shopify to Holded

Product import is one-way, from Shopify to Holded. Only simple and variable products sync. Every product and variant must have an assigned SKU in Shopify.

Sync stock levels

Stock sync is two-way: any change in stock is reflected on both platforms as long as the SKUs match. It requires the Inventory add-on to be active.

Create contacts

Contacts are created in Holded during sales sync if you enable the "Create contact" option in Shopify's advanced settings.

Set up taxes

Holded receives the tax information from Shopify and maps it to the taxes configured in your account. Taxes by country are available on Premium accounts.

Connect multiple stores

You can connect several Shopify stores to the same Holded account. A single Shopify store cannot be connected to more than one Holded account.

Install the app

From the Holded Store, click Shopify and you will be redirected to the Shopify App Store to install the app.

Authorize access

Install the Holded app in Shopify and authorize access to your store.

Configure the sync

Adjust the 4 sections: Sales, Products, Stock and Warehouses.

Once the integration is set up, orders, products and stock sync automatically every time there is a change.

You can connect several stores to the same Holded account. Each store is configured independently.

No. You can import orders from the current year and the previous year. Existing data in Holded is not overwritten.

Stock sync requires the Inventory add-on. Taxes by country require a Premium plan.

Yes. Orders made from the Shopify POS also sync with Holded.

Yes. The integration works the same way for Shopify and Shopify Plus.
