What can you do with WooCommerce and Holded?

Import orders as sales documents

WooCommerce orders are imported into Holded and turned into the document type you configure: invoice, sales receipt or sales order. Documents are created as drafts by default.

Sync products

WooCommerce products sync one-way to Holded. They need an assigned SKU and only simple and variable products are supported.

Sync stock (with conditions)

Stock sync can be two-way if you meet these requirements: have the Inventory add-on, products with a matching SKU, and that they are simple or variable products. WooCommerce only supports one warehouse.

Create contacts

Contacts are created in Holded during order import if you enable the "Create contact" option in advanced settings. Imported data includes: first name, last name, tax ID, email, city, country, postal code and phone. The tax ID requires an extra plugin in WooCommerce.

Connect multiple stores

You can connect several WooCommerce stores to the same Holded account using a single API key. If you have several API keys, you must use the first one you generated.

Set taxes by country

You can set different taxes for each country. This feature is available on Premium accounts.
