Use Holded as a data source (Triggers)

When something happens in Holded, Zapier can run an action in another app. The available triggers are: new contact, new opportunity, new sales invoice, new sales receipt and new sales order.

Create records in Holded from other apps (Actions)

When something happens in another app, Zapier can create or look up data in Holded. The available actions are: create contact, create employee, create opportunity, create document, create CRM event, find contact and find or create contact.

Use Zap templates designed for Holded

Holded has built workflow templates so you can transfer data from third-party apps to Holded and the other way around. Compatible apps include: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Contacts, Google Sheets, Calendly, Google Forms and Pipedrive.

Connect with third-party apps

Beyond the templates, you can build your own Zaps to connect any other app available in Zapier with your Holded account.

Frequently asked questions

The available triggers are: new contact, new opportunity, new sales invoice, new sales receipt and new sales order. Triggers are not instant: the action can take about 15 minutes to happen in the third-party app.

The available actions are: create contact, create employee, create opportunity, create document (sales invoice, purchase invoice, quote, sales order, sales receipt), create CRM event, find contact and find or create contact.

No. Custom fields are not transferred to the third-party app.

For single-step Zaps you can use Zapier's free plan. For multi-step workflows you need a paid Zapier account.

The contact has to match the contact code. Most third-party apps do not pass this field, which can make Holded create a new contact each time. To avoid it, combine the create document action with the find contact action.

From the Holded Store. Go to the menu, click Holded Store > Integrations, select Zapier and click Activate.
