What can you do with Wix and Holded?

Import orders as sales documents

Wix orders sync into Holded and become the document type you configure: sales order, sales receipt or invoice.

Deduct stock from orders

If your products in Holded have the same SKU as those in your Wix store, when importing orders Holded identifies the product and assigns it to the document. Holded uses the product SKU to link the information between the two platforms.

Create contacts

Contacts are created in Holded during order import if you enable the "Create contact" option in advanced settings.

Connect multiple stores

You can connect several Wix stores to the same Holded account. Each store is configured independently.

Set taxes by country

You can set different taxes for each country. This feature is available on Premium accounts.

Activate the integration

From the Holded Store, click Wix and click Activate.

Connect your store

Add the Holded app in Wix and log in with your Holded account.

Configure the import

Choose how to import orders and select your warehouse.

Frequently asked questions

No. Holded does not import refunds issued in Wix.
