About monshot
monshot is a consulting and advisory project aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. Its mission is to make their day-to-day operations easier through a new business approach based on process management methodologies typically used by large corporations. Once the implementation of the corresponding tools is completed, companies are able to incorporate and apply this knowledge and systems in decision-making autonomously. Additionally, monshot also offers financial consulting services, business plan creation, and streamlining of administrative processes. monshot is a project born from the experience and knowledge in the financial sector of the master's degree in Applied Economics from UAB Montse Dinarès. After 15 years as the economic-financial and administrative director at the educational corporation Grupo Montcau, and several postgraduate courses and master's degrees in Agile, Hoshin Kanri, SCRUM methodology, Lean management, and Kanban, Montse decides to make her know-how available to SMEs as a consultant and strategic facilitator. Currently, she offers her services to different firms (architecture, advertising, etc.), tech startups, and all kinds of business initiatives seeking better performance from all their resources.
