OTESA was founded 35 years ago in Badalona by Mr. B. Lozoya. Today, his son César Lozoya (Auditor and Tax Specialist) along with his two partners Esteban Galindo and Jordi Roquet form a business group that integrates more than 15 people and the brands Fin2gO (a consultancy specialized in collaborative ERPs) and OTESA itself. Thanks to this integration of Fin2gO within the business group, OTESA becomes a consultancy specialized in startups, doing so with the knowledge and experience of the two partners coming from Fin2gO along with the 35 years of history and experience of the company. OTESA offers advisory and accounting mechanization services, as well as tax preparation, labor and legal services, leaving Fin2gO to handle consultancy, ERP implementation like Holded, onboarding, and part-time financial management (CFO Part Time), thus providing a fully 360º service offering to our clients. In addition to clients integrated from Fin2gO, startups, technology companies related to the needs covered by Holded for collaborative accounting (access to real-time information from any browser) to meet the needs of the most demanding new entrepreneurs, OTESA also has larger clients, some audited, exclusively offering Accounting and/or Tax Advisory services.
