Albácar Ferrajoli-Sabater was founded in July 2022 and originates from the union of two professional firms with similar philosophies. On one hand, the Albácar firm, founded by Pedro Albácar López in 1979, to which the second family generation, his sons Pedro and Fernando, joined. It is dedicated to providing legal services in both private and public law as well as tax and fiscal law at a national and international level. On the other hand, the Ferrajoli-Sabater firm, founded in 2003 by Luis Ferrajoli-Sabater, whose area of action is accounting, commercial, and tax advice. Our offices in Barcelona and Madrid aim to ensure that our clients enjoy a comprehensive service that meets all their needs, and for this, we have internal professionals and the support of "Of counsels" with extensive experience and recognized prestige who collaborate with our firm. The firm aims to meet the client's needs with a professional yet direct and personal approach, ensuring immediate contact between lawyer and/or advisor and client, and diligence in the provision of the services entrusted to us.
