Gafas Comfe, founded in 2000, is a family-owned eyewear wholesaler based in Fuenlabrada, Madrid. Specializing in importing and distributing a wide range of optical products—including sunglasses, reading glasses, and optical frames—the company has established itself as a key player in the European eyewear market.
This is a family business. Xisi Wen took over during the pandemic, following in the footsteps of her father, who has been selling eyewear for more than 20 years. She transformed the company, embracing digital transformation to streamline operations and enhance customer service.
A wholesale business has its challenges, working with so many units means the risks are bigger, and you need to have everything under control. At the beginning, being a more traditional company, they made invoices by hand, they also went through the Excel phase. Now, Xisi Wen manages the entire company digitally with Holded.
