Shipping labels from sales orders
The recipient data from your sales orders in Holded is sent automatically to ShippyPro. From there you can generate shipping labels in different formats with the carrier you choose.
Tracking back to Holded
When ShippyPro generates the label and the shipment, it sends the tracking number back to your Holded account, linked to the original sales order.
Multi-carrier management
ShippyPro lets you compare rates and manage shipments with multiple carriers from a single platform, all connected with Holded orders.
Orders marked as shipped
When you set up the connection, you can enable the option for ShippyPro to automatically mark orders as shipped in Holded.
Up and running in 3 steps
Generate your API Key
In Holded, go to Settings > More > Developers and create a new API Key.
Connect from ShippyPro
Go to the ShippyPro Marketplace, select Holded and paste the API Key.
Configure and sync
Enable the mark-as-shipped option if you need it. Orders sync every 15 minutes.
Frequently asked questions
The integration sends data from Holded to ShippyPro (sales orders with recipient data). ShippyPro returns the tracking number to Holded. According to Holded's official documentation: the integration lets ShippyPro receive data from Holded, and ShippyPro returns the shipment tracking.

Yes. ShippyPro manages logistics and label printing, but you need a direct contract with each carrier you want to use through the platform.
Yes. When you set up the connection in the ShippyPro Marketplace, there is a checkbox to enable this option. When ShippyPro processes the shipment, the order is marked as shipped in Holded automatically.
The connection is set up from the ShippyPro Marketplace. In Holded you only need to generate the API Key from Settings > More > Developers. It is not activated from the Holded integrations panel.
