Generate your API Key

In Holded, go to Settings > More > Developers and create a new API Key.

Connect from the Holded Store

Activate Sendcloud from the Holded Store and click "Connect and configure".

Complete in Sendcloud

Paste the API Key in Sendcloud along with the name, URL and email of your store.

Frequently asked questions

Holded sends the delivery note information to Sendcloud. The information generated in Sendcloud (labels, tracking, shipping statuses) stays in Sendcloud. It is important that the customer's shipping address always appears on the delivery note so that Sendcloud can validate the address and create the orders correctly.

The sync runs minute by minute. When you activate the integration for the first time, Sendcloud automatically imports the delivery notes from the last 30 days.

The delivery note must include the customer's shipping address and the weight of each order. Sendcloud validates the Holded address to create the orders and needs the weight to calculate shipping rates.

Yes. Sendcloud connects with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce. Combined with the Holded integration, you can create a complete flow: order in the store, delivery note in Holded, shipment in Sendcloud.

On both sides. First you generate the API Key in Holded (Settings > More > Developers), then you activate Sendcloud from the Holded Store ("Connect and configure"), and finally you complete the configuration on the Sendcloud page by pasting the API Key.
