What can you do with Intercom and Holded?

Send Intercom leads to the Holded CRM

The main template, "Add new Intercom leads to Holded", creates a contact in Holded every time a visitor leaves their email in the Intercom chat. The "New Lead" trigger is instant: the contact appears in Holded right away.

Create contacts in Holded when Intercom detects a new company

The Intercom "New Company" trigger fires when a new company is registered. You can use it to automatically create a company-type contact in Holded, feeding your B2B database from chat activity.

Log notes in Intercom from Holded orders

The "Add notes in Intercom for every new sales orders in Holded" template works the other way round: when a sales order is created in Holded, Zapier adds a note to the contact profile in Intercom. The support team sees the commercial context directly in Intercom.

Tag leads in Intercom and trigger actions in Holded

The "Tag Added to Lead" trigger lets you launch actions in Holded when an agent tags a lead in Intercom. For example, tagging a lead as "qualified" in Intercom can automatically create a sales deal in the Holded CRM.
