In the Zap setup, you manually map each form field to the corresponding field in Holded. The standard contact fields are: name, email, phone, address, and company. Custom Holded fields are not transferred through Zapier.
A single-step Zap works with the free Zapier plan, which allows up to 100 tasks per month. Zaps with filters or several chained actions require a paid Zapier plan.
Zapier runs the action every time it receives a response. If the contact does not match an existing contact code in Holded, a new contact will be created. To avoid duplicates, you can use a multi-step Zap that first searches for the contact ("Find Contact") before creating it.
Yes. The available Holded actions in Zapier include creating documents (sales invoice, purchase invoice, estimate, sales order, sales ticket). You can set up a Zap that takes the form data and generates the corresponding document in Holded.
