What can you do with Eventbrite and Holded?

Create contacts in Holded from Eventbrite attendees

The "Add new Eventbrite attendees as Holded contacts" template creates a contact in Holded every time an attendee buys a ticket or registers for an event. The "New Attendee Registered" trigger is instant and lets you filter by specific event or by event status.

Update contacts when attendee data changes

The Eventbrite "Updated Attendee" trigger fires when an attendee's data is updated (for example, a change of name or email). You can use it to keep contacts in Holded up to date, including a filter by attendee status.

Invoice events from Holded data

Once attendees are recorded as contacts in Holded, you can generate invoices directly from the ERP. To automate billing, you can create a multi-step Zap that, on top of creating the contact, generates a document (invoice or sales ticket) in Holded with the event data.

Build an attendee database for follow-up

Contacts created from Eventbrite stay in the Holded database for later actions: sending surveys, invitations to future events, commercial follow-up, or email campaigns. You can tag contacts by event to segment them afterward.

Frequently asked questions

Eventbrite offers three instant triggers in Zapier: New Attendee Registered (when an attendee buys or registers a ticket), Updated Attendee (when an attendee's data is updated), and New Event (when a new event is created and published).

Yes. The Eventbrite triggers in Zapier are instant. When an attendee buys a ticket, the contact is created in Holded at that moment.

Yes. The "New Attendee Registered" trigger fires for both free and paid events. What matters is that the attendee completes the registration in Eventbrite.

Yes. When setting up the trigger in Zapier, you can select a specific event from your Eventbrite account or leave it on all the organization's events. You can also filter by event status (live, draft, etc.).

The fields that Eventbrite captures at registration are transferred: name, email, and the custom fields from the Eventbrite registration form. These are mapped to the Holded contact fields (name, email, company, phone).

A single-step Zap works with the free Zapier plan (100 tasks/month). Multi-step Zaps, such as creating a contact and generating an invoice, require a paid plan.

If the contact does not match an existing code in Holded, Zapier creates a new one. To avoid duplicates, you can use a multi-step Zap that first searches for the contact ("Find Contact") before creating it.

Yes, with a multi-step Zap. Set up the "New Attendee Registered" trigger in Eventbrite, the "Find or Create Contact" action in Holded, and then "Create Document" (invoice or sales ticket). It requires a paid Zapier plan.
